All items/products sold through this site are sold as ‘novelty products'. Kinky cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms & conditions, effective immediately.
CREDIT CARDS
We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process. In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when transferring your credit card data to our internal fulfillment system.
Credit Card data will be handled by online payment gateway provider – DPS.
All products listed on the website are all displayed in $NZD.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return the product(s) within 7 days after you receive your product(s). Kinky will refund the original purchase price of the product(s), subject to the provisions below:
Original shipping & handling, delivery and similar fees (including related sales taxes) are considered services already consumed and are therefore not refundable.
You are responsible for properly packaging the product(s) to be returned. You are repsonsible for any damage to your product(s) during return shipment.
You may be charged a 15% restocking fee to return products.
Returned products must be unused, be in the same condition as you received them & in the original supplier packaging or a refund cannot be given.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be considered for refund.
A full refund will be given in the event goods are damaged or faulty.
Please choose carefully: For health and safety reasons due to the nature of our products, we are unable to refund or replace due to a change of mind.
DELIVERY
All orders will be sent the next working day after payment clears.
All orders will take 5-10 working days to be delivered. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will inform you of this immediately. Our aim is to have your item to you as soon as possible.
Orders will only be delivered to addresses located within New Zealand.
All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Please note that not all our parcels are sent via Courier.
