INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERIES
Kinky / SpiderWEB Ventures Limited will verify all Overseas Orders. This is to ensure that we are both protected from credit card fraud.
Overseas orders will attract the appropriate delivery charge and will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country. Kinky / SpiderWEB Ventures Limited do not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be paid in order for your package to clear your countries customs. For further information on your countries custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Please note that not all our parcels are sent via Courier.
All orders will take 5-10 working days to be delivered. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we will inform you of this immediately. Our aim is to have your item to you as soon as possible.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
You may return the product(s) within 7 days after you receive your product(s). Kinky / SpiderWEB Ventures Limited will refund the original purchase price of the product(s), subject to the provisions below.
Original shipping & handling, delivery and similar fees (including related sales taxes) are considered services already consumed and are therefore not refundable. You are responsible for properly packaging the product(s) to be returned. You are repsonsible for any damage to your product(s) during return shipment.
You may be charged a 15% restocking fee to return products.
Returned products must be unused, be in the same condition as you received them & in the original supplier packaging or a refund cannot be given.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be considered for refund.
For copyright reasons we cannot refund and accept returns of any Video, CD-ROM or DVD purchases.
